These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mineph platform, including all games, betting services, account features, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or playing. By creating a mineph account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the mineph platform, as required by PAGCOR. You must be a Philippine resident or citizen accessing the platform from within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. mineph performs mandatory KYC identity verification on every account.
All financial transactions on mineph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals are processed in PHP only. Funds may not be withdrawn to accounts that do not belong to the verified account holder.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published with each promotion. mineph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw bonuses at any time. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to stated requirements first.

The platform enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception and will self-exclude players who request it immediately and permanently where required.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mineph ("mineph," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mineph.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the mineph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. To register and maintain an Account on the mineph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
mineph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm ongoing eligibility. Providing false information in connection with eligibility — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR where required by law.
Each natural person may register only one Account on the mineph Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, mineph requires all Accounts to complete identity verification (KYC) before real-money deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay are permitted. KYC requires the submission of:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. mineph will never ask you for your password via any channel. You must notify mineph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. mineph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
The operation of more than one Account by any single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, mineph reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered Account, forfeit any Bonus Funds across all Accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from gameplay conducted through a duplicate Account. In cases involving deliberate fraud, mineph may additionally withhold deposited Funds pending investigation.
All deposits to your mineph Account wallet are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). mineph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Online, Banco de Oro (BDO) Online, and Metrobank Online Banking. The list of accepted methods is subject to change; current available options are displayed at the time of deposit.
The minimum single deposit to a mineph Account is ₱500 PHP. mineph does not impose a maximum single deposit limit at the platform level, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 1 and 3 banking hours to be confirmed and credited. mineph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure.
You may only deposit Funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any such deposits identified by mineph will be returned to the source account and the associated Funds will be frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawal of real-money Funds from your mineph Account is available once your Account has completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified mineph Account.
mineph processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Expected processing times by payment method are as follows:

Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. mineph reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing time. Large withdrawals may require enhanced due diligence in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly. Only Real-money Funds and winnings derived from Real-money Funds (after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied) may be withdrawn. The conversion of Bonus Funds to withdrawable cash is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.
mineph offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors, or employing strategies with no legitimate gaming intent solely to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their Bonus Funds removed and may have their Accounts suspended. Any Real-money Funds held at the time of suspension remain subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Each game available on the mineph Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to comply with those rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connection error, or software fault during a game round, mineph will endeavour to restore the round to the state it was in immediately prior to the fault. Where this is not technically possible, bets placed during an affected round may be voided and the staked Funds returned to the Player's wallet. mineph's decision in respect of technical malfunction outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process below.
Any dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision must be submitted to mineph's customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. mineph will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. If you are dissatisfied with mineph's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published player dispute resolution procedures.

mineph strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age of 21 years. Age verification is conducted via government-issued Philippine identification for every Account. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all Funds returned to the verified source of deposit, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required.

All content on the mineph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, interface design, text, and code — is the exclusive property of mineph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of mineph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mineph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mineph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming winnings, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even if mineph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits mineph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Philippine consumer protection laws may confer rights on you that cannot be modified or excluded by contract.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting mineph support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money Funds balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
mineph may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that continued operation of your Account would breach applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, or that your Account has been compromised by unauthorised access. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mineph reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation.
Upon closure of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. All obligations that by their nature survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution provisions — shall survive.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. In respect of matters falling within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures and remedies shall apply as set out in Section 7.3 above.
mineph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on the Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required to comply with applicable law or a PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact mineph to close your Account.
